To aid an efficient and focused consultation patients are asked to:- complete a confidential online questionnaire; the form is sent via email upon appointment confirmation (takes approximately 8 minutes)
- bring any nutritional/herbal supplements and medications that you are currently taking

Fees
- Initial consultation: 90 minutes $90
- Follow up consultations: 40 minutes $60
- Massage Therapy: 60 minutes $60
- Payment may be made by Cash, Cheque or Direct Transfer.
- Health Fund Rebates available.
